SectorTravel & ticketing

Travel payments that clear — even the big ones.

High-value, cross-border and seasonal. Every booking is routed to the acquirer most likely to approve it — and rerouted the moment one strains.

Why travel is hard

Big tickets, borders, and peaks.

Travel payments carry more risk per transaction than everyday retail — and a single acquirer rarely handles all of it well.

High-ticket scrutiny

Large booking amounts draw stricter risk checks and are declined more often than low-value retail.

Cross-border & multi-currency

Bookings span countries and currencies; one acquirer rarely approves them all at the same rate.

Refunds & chargebacks

Cancellations, disputes and long fulfilment windows push up chargeback exposure.

Seasonal peaks

Volume spikes around seasons and sales can overwhelm one processor's capacity.

How we help

Routed to approve,
rerouted on strain.

The same multi-acquirer routing that runs the rest of the platform, tuned for high-value travel flows.

01

Route to the best rail

Each booking is scored and sent to the acquirer most likely to approve it — by amount, geography and card.

02

Reroute on strain

When a rail degrades or hits a limit at peak, traffic shifts to the next with no code change from you.

03

One reconciliation

Every payment, refund and chargeback is an event in one log — across currencies and acquirers.

Where do you stand

Which one is you?

Tell us where you are — we'll map the rails and show you a route.

Onboarding

Three moves to live.

01

Share your flow

Tell us your markets, volumes and current approval picture.

02

Connect & configure

We connect acquirers and configure routing to your mix — in config, not code.

03

Go live, routed

Traffic starts routing to the best rail, with reroute on failure from day one.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How do you lift approval on high-value bookings?
Each booking is scored and sent to the acquirer most likely to approve it for that amount, card and geography. If a rail declines or degrades, traffic reroutes to the next qualifying acquirer — so a single acquirer's rules don't cost you the sale.
Can you settle in multiple currencies?
Yes — routing spans the acquirers connected to your account, and settlement follows them. Exactly which currencies depends on the acquirers in your mix; we map that with you up front.
How are refunds and chargebacks handled?
Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are recorded as events in one append-only log, referenced back to the original payment. Rerouting changes where a payment is processed — never the record of what happened.
Do we stay the merchant of record?
Yes. We route and reconcile underneath; you keep the merchant-of-record relationship and your own brand at checkout.
How fast can we go live?
In weeks rather than quarters — the platform and acquirers already run, so onboarding is connecting and configuring your mix, not building a stack. Timing depends on the acquirers you need.
